Welcome to Accurate Voting Services (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website and  services, you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service  (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use or access our services. 

These Terms include provisions specific to California residents, in compliance with applicable  California laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other relevant  California state laws.

Accurate Voting Services provides secure, accurate, and reliable voting and election services,  including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, without  prior notice. 

3. Eligibility 

You must be an owner/member of an organization, homeowner association, or common interest  development contracted with Accurate Voting Services to use our services. If you are using the  services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind  that organization to these Terms. 

4. User Conduct 

When using our services, you agree to: 

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the California Consumer  Privacy Act (CCPA), California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), and other  relevant California state laws. 

Use our services only for lawful purposes and refrain from engaging in activities that  could harm, disrupt, or damage the integrity of our services.

Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the services or attempt to gain  unauthorized access to any portion of our website or related systems. 

Respect the privacy of others and not engage in the unauthorized collection or sharing of  personal data. 

5. You are prohibited from: 

Using our services to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. • Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any part of our services. • Posting harmful, oMensive, or defamatory content

All content, designs, logos, graphics, trademarks, and other materials on Accurate Voting Services  are the property of Accurate Voting Services or our licensors and are protected by copyright,  trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our total liability to you for any claim,  loss, or damage is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the service that is the subject  of the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California,  without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms  will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in [Orange County, California]

14. Arbitration 

If a dispute arises out of or in connection with these Terms, you and Accurate Voting Services agree  to attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved 

informally, you and Accurate Voting Services agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration,  rather than to litigation in court. 

15. Changes to Terms of Service 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on  this page, and the revised Terms will be eFective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of  our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
